Who the platform is for

If you are a manufacturer, trader, shop, or household moving goods, you can hire a truck, book a mini truck, or request a tempo / Tata Ace / lorry for a point-to-point trip. If you own trucks, you can complete Verify truck, sign in, and bid on posted loads.

This is goods transport — pickup to drop — not passenger cabs or packers-and-movers full home shifting packages.

How online truck booking works here

1. Enter loading and unloading locations, then size in feet, open or container body, vehicle model, tonnage, and your contact number.
2. Submit the form. The load is saved in Firestore immediately. Your phone stays off the public bid board.
3. Transporters bid. You see how many bids arrived and only the lowest bid amount.
4. Accept that bid, then confirm the vehicle to get the transporter’s number. They are told you will call. They do not get your number.

The home page timer counts ten minutes while a match is sought. If no one is free, it keeps looking. That timer is a wait display, not a promise that a truck is always assigned in ten minutes.

Verify truck and find loads

Transporters fill name, mobile, driving licence number, and how many vehicles they own on Verify truck, then bid on live loads with phone, vehicle number, and amount. Each load leaves that board after ten minutes.

Vehicle types people search for

Search terms like Tata Ace booking, Intra V70, Dost, Bolero pickup, Tata 407, 17 ft / 19 ft / 20 ft / 22 ft lorry, 32 ft container, open body truck, and mini truck hire all map to sizes from about 7 ft to 32 ft. We show models that fit the feet you enter. A given model is only useful if a transporter with that vehicle bids on your route that day.

Paperwork, payment, and support

Road freight in India often needs a bilty (consignment note), proof of delivery, invoice, and an e-way bill when the goods and value require it. After you confirm a vehicle, arrange those documents with the transporter as the law and your goods require. We do not replace GST, RTO, or e-way bill portals.

Payment is agreed on the bid you accept. Methods such as UPI or bank transfer are between you and the transporter unless a specific trip says otherwise.

If something is stuck on the website, use the contact you saved on the booking. Response times follow working hours plus whatever coverage we can staff; we do not claim a dedicated agent is always on a night shift for every city.

The booking form on the home page is the same action for all of those intents: pickup, drop, size, body type, then a bid from a transporter.
